Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about consigning your cards with us.

What cards do you accept?

Sports cards (baseball, basketball, football, hockey, and more), Pokémon — modern and vintage — and other trading card games like Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, and One Piece. Raw or professionally graded (PSA, BGS, SGC). If it's a collectible card, we'll likely take it — not sure? Just ask.

How do I send my cards in?

Start a submission in your portal — you'll get a packing slip with our intake address and a QR code that ties the box to your account. Pack your cards securely and drop the slip in the box. Ship via USPS — our intake address is a PO Box, so other carriers can't deliver there.

How much does it cost?

You keep 80–85% of the sale price by tier, plus a $0.99 listing fee when a card sells and a $0.99 fee if it doesn't. See Pricing.

When and how do I get paid?

Track every sale in your portal and cash out to your bank or PayPal whenever you want.

How fast are my cards listed?

Every card is photographed and listed on eBay within 5 business days of arriving.

What if a card doesn't sell?

Every card gets one auction. If it ends without a bid, a one-time $0.99 unsold fee applies for that card — once, not per cycle — and we don't ship unsold cards back. If a card sells and the buyer never pays, we relist it free.

Can I get my cards back?

No — consignments are one-way. Once your cards are checked in they're committed to sale, so send us the cards you're ready to turn into cash.

Do you grade cards?

No — we're a consignment/selling service, not a grader. We list cards as they arrive (raw or already graded).

Is there a minimum?

No — send one card or a thousand.

How are prices and auctions decided?

Every card is listed as a 5-day eBay auction starting at $0.99. The market decides the final price — our top-rated store and its established traffic drive the bidding.

Are my cards insured?

No — shipments to us and cards in our care aren't insured. If a card is valuable, add USPS insurance when you ship it, and always use tracking. Once it arrives, we handle every card with collector-grade care.

How do I track my cards and sales?

Everything's in your consignor portal — live listings, sales, and payouts.
